S is for Sabrina

Okay, you know the kitten I told you about in my last blog? Well, the next morning right before school started I checked to see about the mysterious kitten and, to my surprise, the meowing got louder and louder. Then I realised that it came from my dad's truck. I think I spent all morning looking for a way to get it out. So that afternoon, while my dad was coaching basketball,I finally got her out. It's a really long story TRUST ME . After I got her to like me, which was not easy either, I walked her around to see if anybody would take her home. Then trouble came "Trevor Maxwell." I was actually kind of glad to see Trevor because his family is always picking up animals from the street. I knew that if I couldn't give this kitten a good home, Trevor could, and I was happy that I rescued a baby kitten from the side of the road . Trevor kept the kitten and he gives me updates about her to even though he changed her name to ''Sable'' of all things SABLE!

K is for Kitten

Today in the bushes of my front yard across the street, I heard a little meowing noise. It sounded like a cute little baby kitten, but it sounded hurt. I wanted to help it get out of the bushes because I had just heard a loud Bassett hound. I said, "Come here, kitty! Would you like some food? If you come out, I'll give you some food!" Then the meowing got louder and louder until I saw her coming out of the bushes. She looked SO sweet -- she was black with brown eyes. I told my dog to go get her, but she's easily distracted. And my cat was distracted too. Sabrina (the kitty's name) was so close to the road, and I saw a really fast truck coming, so I told her to GET BACK!
Then my Mama came outside and made me come in. I really hope that the kitty will come back sometime after fall break so I can spend some more time getting to know her.

A long absence

It has been along time since I wrote last. Right now I'm in my mom's class. Being bored, so I decided to go on the computer. It is just 9 days till I take my first trip to Disney World. I'm so excited. I really want to ride Space Moutaian and Rocking Rollercoaster. There's so many I don't know which to choose first! If you've been to Disney, tell me what you liked best about it!

Vacation Bible School -- Take 1

I went to Bible School at my friend's church tonight. I have gone there for several years. This week are studying about Moses and the burning bush. We get snacks, but the only bad thing is that the snacks are not that good, unless they give out Cheetos -- Cheetos are my favorite LOL! My favorite part tonight was crafts. We made a kazoo. We also learned our church ABC's, which are different from the school ABC's of course.

Happy Father's Day!

Today, we had a great lunch to celebrate Father's Day. There were pork chops, mashed potatos, green beans, rolls (my favorite), and cake -- which was my sister's favorite, not mine. LOL! My Granny and Pop came down to eat with us. Granny made the cake. After eating, Daddy and Pop watched racing and golf on T.V., which was very boring for the rest of us. My dad opened 2 cards -- one from Molly one from me. After they left, my mom and I called Papa Donnie, my other grandfather. Other than that, my day has been very boring.

1st softball game of the season

Last night was my first softball game. The people who sponsored us were Allie and Kallie's parents -- A & K for short. My team's colors are pink and green. The other team's colors are blue and orange. I don't know why the coach, Jason, put me on pitcher. There was a lot of action during the game. We lost 7 - 0. It was our first game, but still a loss is a loss for us.

Homecoming from Summer Camp!

Camp this year was SO much fun because all my friends were there. I met my old camp boyfriend (we met last year).

There was a water night. This year, the kids beat the counselors in the soccer game AND at volleyball :) I was the best -- LOL! There was also a talent show -- I sang a Hannah Montana song.

There was a set of twins in my cabin. It was so hard to get their names right! Our counselor, Ada, must have had even more trouble! The five girls in the cabin were Clara, Kara, Claire, Caroline, and Brittany (who doesn't have a cool name like us ;) )

I had an awesome time there this year. I even got a package from home that I LOVED. Mom sent me a ball, pictures from home, a Judy Moody book, a Littlest Pet Shop punk bat, and some cards. The bat is so cute! I'm still glad to be home though!
